On the day Australia and New Zealand remembers those that fought in Gallipoli 100 years ago, AC Models releases one of its most impressive vignettes so far. Lest we forget.
ACM32006 - ANZAC Charge, Gallipoli 1915

The vignette consists of 10 figures sculptes in 54mm scale by Andy Cairns, and a base cast in grey resin. PE hook bayonets are supplied in the kit as well.

The vignette depicts ANZAC attack at Gallipoli and is released today, on 25th April, to comemorate ANZAC day, a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand. ANZAC day commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders "who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations" and "the contribution and suffering of all those who have served." ANZAC Day was originally to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who fought at Gallipoli against the Ottoman Empire during World War I.

Outstanding, both historical and art wise. Would really like to get ahold of one of these. The true sence of desperation and finality of war. Makes me wonder how many people really know what freedom cost!

These look bloody superb! Nicely detailed and very kinetic. They interact with each other brilliantly. Not my usual thing but I am tempted to pick one of these sets up. Cracking stuff!
