Valkyrie Miniatures added new 1/35 scale figures to their catalogue depicting JGSDF Tank Crew. Also, Valkyrie shows several new sets in the works which will be ready in July 2015.
VM35016 - JGSDF Tank Crew set - 2000 Era

The set consists of 2 figures sculpted by Guhee Jung. The figures are cast in resin and are designed to fit Type 10 MBT.

Soon, Valkyrie will add these sets to their portfolio as well, but now they are still in progress:

VM35013 - Soviet Army Tank Crew in Afghanistan - 1980 Era

VM35014 - British Army of the Rhein Tank Crew in Germany

VM35015 - Modern US Army Truck Driver and Support Crew for M977

Cracking looking figures. What era are the British crew? Combats rather than coveralls, no tankie style berets or even the horrible clansman helmet!!

Early equipment for US figures. I don't understand what the passenger is doing. Any ideas ?

The full British figures, not the heads, appear to be using something similar to Larkspur headsets so late 60s to early 80s would probably fit in.
