These 1/35 scale models from Takom were first shown on Nurenberg Toy Fair, but now these are featured on Takom's Facebook website as well, listed as new products for March 2016.

2039 - Chieftain Marksman SPAAG

2040 - Chieftain Mk.2

2044 - Gepard SPAAG A1/A2

Remember, this is just a preliminary report on these models. We'll post more info once we receive it from Takom.

Hmmmm - didn't realise that the Finns had transferred their Marksman turrets to Leo 2s... Note that the front section of the Finnish gun pods are squarer than the Gepard style gun pods used on the factory demonstrator turret.

Yep Finland has gone to an all Leopard fleet, they have fitted the Markman turret to their older 2A4 from the old T-55 so that the SPAA can keep up with the MBT.

I wish that they would sell just the Marksman turret. I like it alot but I'm not that interested in putting it on a Chieftain. There are so many other vehicles that it was designed to be used on.
