Djiti Productions has contacted Armorama about two new resin figures they are releasing. These two new figures cover a modern Australian and an American GI.
Djiti Productions have released an Australian resin soldier, which I believe covers current combat uniform. I really like this figure offering in 1/35th scale as it looks very usable in a number of settings.

The second offering in the 1/35th scale resin figure range is listed as an American soldier in raincoat. The figure is World War 2 period clothing, but if my memory is working could also be used in a Korean War setting. The uniform and stance look quite good, but I struggle to get to grips with the head on this offering.

35062 Australian soldier
35063 American soldier in raincoat, he wears the raincoat rubberized m1938 dismounted, used usually by motorcycle units.

Thank you Djiti for a modern Aussie soldier..... after being an ex-infantryman myself there is a lot of missing detail on the weapon and figure as some button counters above have mentioned. At least you have made the effort.

Who sculpts the heads and faces on both these figures? maybe they are meant to invoke humor but I have real problems with the proportions... cut off their heads and go from there...

Re; left handed;appox 10% of the population. Finger on trigger need not be a problem either as the safety on the AUG is a push bar over the trigger housing that can be actuated with the thumb.

Looks like a tweak of the Foldit dog handler figure.

Paul, finger on the trigger in the Australian ADF is a no no regardless of safety on or off when patrolling.....

Finger on the trigger is a massive issue as any Australian soldier or ex soldier will tell you.
MAR 10, 2016 - 05:32 PM
We make them under licence as the F88
