There are two new kits under the Orange line of Cyber-Hobby, both representing tanks of the Red Army: the T-34 and the M4A2 (76).
The T-34/76 is a 1940 model, and comes with a bonus of Soviet Infantry Weapons. On the other hand, the M4A2 (76) also represents a Red Army vehicle that was provided under the Lend-Lease program. This model comes with a Maxim Machine Gun also.

Interesting. Dragon has changed their Orange box kit policy. Figures are disappeared. Temporarily? But I do not care about Dragon kit any more

Well, there are always tweaks, but this kit has almost everything correct. This link will take you to the main gallery page that includes a list of the things I "tweaked". KL

When it came out it was the best out of the box T-34/76. Nearly all the parts in the kit were purpose made for this one and then later modified or added to for the other versions. By the way there was another T-34/76 model 1940, but it is not for the faint of heart. The Maquette kit. It as in fact their T-34/85 kit with conversion pieces and they missed the curve of the rear hull. It came out moments before the Dragon kit and I built it just to spite myself.

MikeyBugs95, Dragon released the Maxim with their kit 6407 "Panzermeyer LSSAH Division", I think (and I could be wrong) the gun was made up of about 8 pieces... LINK

Regarding the M4A2 76 mm, Former DML's Sherman Reboxing by Orange hobby (M4A3, M4A4, Firefly...) showed a mix of some old/not that old and some times new parts, DS tracks and Figurines from Dragon or Masterbox. But some corrections were made too... So concerning this M4A2 76 mm, it will be wiser to wait and see what is actually in this "orange" box. At last, Dragon has everything needed at hand (correct M4A2 late hull and quite good T23 turret) to offer a quite updated M4A2 76 mm... very different from their original release ! Converting their M4A2 PTO (ref.6462) into a 76 mm version is also quite easy. For example by swapping turrets with the one from their M4A3 76 "Bulge" (6325). Not only the Russians but Post war, Canadian and French did use also these late M4A2 76 mm but with HVSS suspension mainly if not exclusively Mtbk
I was more thinking of being able to build an movie-accurate version of the Sherman [The Tank Museum's M4A2 HVSS T224875, to be exact] featured in Fury

Thanks guys. The T-34 was an enjoyable build. If I were to do another I would use a thinner tow cable so I could mount two as per the real vehicles. I rarely buy PE sets any more unless they are essential and cheap. (Example, I just got one for the ICM 45mm gun for $5.99.) There's just too much waste (parts unneeded, wrong material, or just wrong) and poor design too make them worth 50% - 100% of the kit price. KL

Hi, Kurt! I find that a lot of what you say about PE is true, but it also depends on the particular kit that I'm using the PE sets for- I ESPECIALLY like the EDUARD Pre-Painted PE sets for my 1/48 Aircraft Cockpits, i.e Instrument Panels, Throttle Quadrants, Seat Belts & Buckles, Engine Wiring Harnesses, etc. I have perfect 20/20 vision with my glasses on, but my old eyes tire a lot more easily than they used to. I also like VOYAGER, ABER, and various other After-market manufacturer's PE sets for my 1/35 WWII US AFVs and Soft-skins' Light & Grille-guards, Grilles, Straps, Buckles, etc. Other examples are the "Snap-buckles" on the WWII German Stowage Boxes, and other PE bits and pieces that are better-defined than what plastic-molding just isn't capable of doing- After-market resin parts, up-dates, back-dates, Tire/Wheel sets and other goodies are an absolute boon for me. As far as I myself am concerned, PE sets and resin are a God-send, and they suit my purposes very admirably...

I was more thinking of being able to build an movie-accurate version of the Sherman [The Tank Museum's M4A2 HVSS T224875, to be exact] featured in Fury
If so, You can try the path I am following for my Canadian M4A2 HVSS : get a Tasca/Asuka M4A3 HVSS (ref 35020) and correct it with the dedicated M4A2 sprues from LINK You will need : 35017 O (or) 35017 O-G for the engine grille and exhaust system 35017 E (or) 35017 E-G for the right lower "floor" (different lay-out than the "A3") I did not "dig" in the Fury matter so tracks and turret hatch (the oval one is provided in Tasca Easy Eight kit) should be checked accordingly with the Museum Sherman you are considering. You can also have a look for : The special Asuka rebox of the original Tasca M4A3 HVSS (35030s) including external stuff (in fact Tamiya US equipement) and few extra ("paper" ration box...) but not a lot of exclusive extra so don't overpay or the Legend LF 1300 update/add-on kite (quite costly...) Hope this help... Mtbk
