Oh cool! I hope they do a Crocodile variant, as well.

How about making one in 1/35? That would be neat

AFV Club already released a decent 1/35 kit of Churchill IV AVRE.

The Afv-club Churchill kits really slipped under a lot of model builders radar. And like their Centurions are already becoming hard to find.

The Afv-club Churchill kits really slipped under a lot of model builders radar. And like their Centurions are already becoming hard to find.[/quote] I've just picked up an early "Sho't" for the "Six-Day War" campaign, buying the "Yom Kipur" war version right now, and plan to purchase the "Gimel" and "Dalet" versions as well. These kits aren't exactly cheapish, but packed with goodies, such as aluminium barrels, metal springs and PE. As a (mostly) OOB builder, these kits tick all the right boxes for me...

Now back to the 1/72nd release ..... newly tooled sponsons, but they cant be bothered to replace the cheap moulded-on exhaust. Another partial effort unfortunately.

How about releasing something like this in 1/35? I think -possibly- that it might just sell... ditto on their Leo 2.

One wonders about their choices in small scale versus 1/35. But then it seems like the 1/72 kits are an afterthought of the pre-built market. The 1/72 kits have been increasingly simplified to allow for the pre-builds. Would the tooling costs of a 1/35 Churchill be worth the investment without the pre-existing pre-built market? Or are those two branches of the marketing department in adjoining offices but just never considered comparing notes on what to offer? I could almost see a Dilbert style comic strip about the Dragon offices.
