Gecko Models has shared its box images of two more WWII-era British armor coming our way.
The cruiser tank was a British tank concept during the years preceding the Second World War. Developed were two main types: light and heavy cruiser tanks. The Cruiser Mk I is an example of a light cruiser tank being relatively fast but lightly armored. Contrast that to the Cruiser Mk II, which was deemed as a heavy cruiser tank by its thicker armor protection.

Gecko Models is set to release kits of these cruiser tanks:

  • Cruiser Tank Mk. II, A10 Mk. IA (35GM0002)
  • Cruiser Tank Mk. I, A9 Mk. IA (35GM0003)

Thanks for the update Tat Big, big tentation... but as far as I know, Gecko is just offering box art up to now... patience, patience... but Bronco is announcing an A10 Cruiser at the same time and we do know that Bronco do have a similar chassis already in house (Valentine...) even if wheels size were discussed in the past... I just wish that Gecko kits will come soon and be less time-consuming to build than the Bronco Thanks for the update Tat
