Up next from Fine Molds is an updated kit of this WWII-era Japanese medium tank.
Developed in 1943, the Type 3 Medium Tank Chi-Nu was the last medium tank fielded by the Imperial Japanese Army. Mounting a 75mm gun as its main armament, it is estimated that around 144 to 166 units were produced.
Fine Mold’s Type 3 Chi-nu (FM 55) will feature new link-and-length tracks. It will contain 218 parts and a decal sheet. As built, the model stands 187mm long and 67mm wide.
FM 55 is scheduled to ship starting 15 June.
