Previously announced, Fine Molds shares further details on these two JGSDF kits slated for release this month.

Developed during the late 1950s the Type 64 MAT was a Japanese wire-guided anti-tank missile system, similar to the Swiss / German Cobra and the 9M14 Malyutka. Manufactured by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, the Type 64 MAT was adopted as standard equipment by the JGSDF in 1964. Whilst today replaced by more modern anti-tank missile systems, the Type 64 MAT is still in use though in a limited, secondary role. It is estimated that more than 200 of these were built.

JGSDF Type 73 Light Truck with MAT (FM52) contains 140 parts and a decal sheet. The MAT may be modeled in either deployed or stored state. Available separately is a photo-etched set to detail the Type 73 Light Truck (MG73).

JGSDF Type 60 APC with MAT (FM53) contains 291 parts and a decal sheet. Available separately is a photo-etched set to detail the Type 60 APC (MG76).

Both kits are scheduled to ship by 13 July.
