Leopard Workshop has been busy producing a good number of update and conversion sets for the German tank, see here the details.
LW026B Leopard 1 Smoke Launchers (1-bolt)
Used on nearly all Leopard 1.

Nearly all Leopard 1s (and members of the Leopard 1 family) were equipped with these smoke launchers which had single-bolt clamps over the launch tubes. Although this set is designed for use with Leopard 1, it can be used with any German vehicle of the period pre-1980. It removes the tedium of cleaning up those fiddly plastic items with their mould seams. The chains are much finer than the ones you find on most general vehicle etch sets.

LW017REV Leopard 2 Revolution Gun Barrel
Designed to be a straight fit onto the Tiger Model kit. 4-part resin barrel.

The TM model has an incorrect barrel with two rings near the fume extractor. This corrects the problem and adds a fume extractor with a textured pattern, typical of Leopard 2A4 which Revolution is based on.

LW040 Canadian Leopard 2A6M CAN conversion
A conversion set designed for use with the Tamiya Leopard 2A6.

The Leopard 2A6M CAN is a Canadian variant of the Leopard 2A6. Twenty 2A6M CANs tanks were loaned by the German Bundeswehr to increase protection for Canadian troops operating in Afghanistan from August 2007. These Leopards served until Canadian forces withdrew in July 2011.

To avoid any confusion about 2A6M CAN, the Barracuda and slat armour fitted in Afghanistan was removed immediately after withdrawal from theatre. It was never used in Canada.

This represents the latest version of 2A6M CAN - Canada's front-line tank alongside the 2A4M CAN (which gets all the publicity). Having gone through a thorough rebuild programme following their return from Afghanistan to Canada, modifications include mine protection belly armour (hence the 'M' designation), reinforcement strakes under the engine compartment, glacis armour plate, a crew cooling unit in the right rear hull, the option of ECM boxes mounted on the rear turret roof, 'T' antenna mounts, and mounting points for the addition of slat armour and engineering attachments at the front.

The twenty 2A6M CANs serve alongside twenty 2A4M CANs and a further forty-two 2A4 CANs used for training. There is a final configuration of 2A6M CAN - the real vehicles look different from tank to tank as most are currently at different stages of modification. It will take some time to bring them all to the same final standard.

The modifications in this set are the latest upgrades to these vehicles at the time of this set's release (August 20, 2017).

The set includes nearly 40 resin parts, three photo-etch sheets for engine deck grilles, optional ECM boxes and turret basket etch, amongst other things. Also included are LW014B turned brass antennae set and LW027B 6+2 smoke launchers.

Echelon RCAC & RCD Gagetown Leopard decals
Some of these decals will be appropriate for the new Leopard Workshop LW040 Leopard 2A6M CAN Conversion Set.

These decals are suitable for Canadian-based Leopard C2, Leopard 2A4 CAN and 2A6M CAN tanks.
They are not intended for any machines that served in Afghanistan.
Designed with the special assistance of Jason Bobrowich, the set includes markings for two specific tanks plus generic numbers to make a host of other tanks. Maple Leaf markings, A Squadron 'Sabre-Tooth Tiger'and C Squadron 'Armoured Fist' symbols are all here.

LW043 Leopard 2 Turret Basker Mesh and Chains
For Tamiya Leopard 2A5 or 2A6

Tamiya supply a rather nasty, and completely inaccurate, plastic mesh in both of their otherwise excellent Leopard 2 models. This is a straight replacement with the added bonus of the four chains that secure the baskets in place on the real thing.

This is an awesome site for the Leopard. I had bought a Revell right before Christmas last year. Then I started planning all the extras from the site. Spent waaaaay to much time reserching it. But then I read the review of the Revell and ended up returning it. Looking back, should have just built it.

These look like some nice pieces, especially if you're starting with the Tamiya kit.
