IBG Models shares images of the kit sprues.
The Type 3 Chi-Nu was an improved version of the Type 97 Chi-Ha. It mounted a 75mm tank gun, one of the largest Japanese tank guns during the war. Whilst all produced units were deployed for homeland defense, the Chi-Nu did not see action in WWII.
IBG Models' Type 3 Chi-Nu Japanese Medium tank (72057) will be released as an injection-molded kit. From the images provided it may be deemed as a quick-build kit having its running gear and tracks molded as one assembly.
Scheduled release date is end April.
