New photos of the M54A2

AFV Club has sent us several new images of their upcoming kit, the M54A2 truck.

This model will feature:

Front wheel adjustable steering
Precisely replicated details of cabin interior
Highly detailed transmission system
Cargo bed seats can be shown folded or extended
Canvas can be installed or not
Accurately reproduced chassis and suspension systems
Photoetch parts included
Plastic injection tires
Decals for three decorations during the Vietnam War

Right,Gino, I pre-ordered mine two months ago, trusting that the production plastic would not be a let-down. Looks like a great companion to my Cold War horde. The top bows and the safety strap, the positionable windshield panels.... I only hope I don't have to make the canvas tie-down loops myself, as was the case on another recent truck.

Through my local hobby shop, Burbank House of Hobbies (houseofhobbies.com). I believe Stevens International in Los Angeles is the US distributor for AFV. Still waiting for a recommended retail price.

hHERE in the NSW some vendor advertise at 54 aus but no ones know when AFV will be having in windows yet
