Wow. Where have you seen it? I haven't been able to find any info on it. Maybe someone thinks about an S2, with a different radar...

The Zvesda catalogue (in Russian) is online at TheModellingNews. Trumpeter has also announced a Pantsir S2. Regards - dutik

There is no such official version of "Pansir S2". This is an erroneous name, although it is often used by different sources. It would be more correct to call it the "Pansir S1 with a new SOTc (detection and targeting system)". In russian SOTc - Systema Obnaruzheniya i Tceleukazaniya.
