A new offering from Scorpion Miniature Models provides your CVR(T) Scimitar project with armor protection against mines.
From the manufacturer: In preparation for Operation Telic (Gulf War 2, March 2003), underbelly mine protection armour was introduced across the CVR(T) family. By now, all Scimitars had gone through the LEP conversion to Cummins diesel power. Since then, it has been a common sight on all British Army CVR(T)s. This was the first step in improving the vehicle’s protection which later included the introduction of Israeli-developed perforated armour (Plasan), and then bar armour.

CVR(T) Scimitar Mine Blast Protection Armour (SMM3529). The resin set contains the lower hull tub, plates, and suspension components. For use with the HKCW LEP Conversion Set CK3517.
