The new releases list for July has just been published on Tamiya Japanese homepage. Unfortunately we will not see any new vehicle kit in 1/35 scale next month.
The only new plastic kit in July 1/35 releases is JGSDF Iraq Humanitarian Assistance Team (35276). This is a figure set to accompany the Japanese LAV model, wich will be released this month (35275). There will be one driver figure included in basic LAV kit, and the July release will contain five additional figures. Right now there is just one small picture of them available on the Tamiya web site, but they really look promising! Poses seem to be very natural and realistic. Price on Japanese market will be 800 yen and the set will be available there from July 13th.
Next announcement for new product in 1/35 scale is for a small photoetched detail set for
JGSDF Type 90 tank (35278). The price of it is 700 yen and it will be available on June 16th (what makes it actually a June release, but it was announced among July releases).
The last July release in 1/35 scale will be in Tamiya's Masterwork Collection - GERMAN TIGER I EARLY PRODUCTION (TURRET No.S33) finished model with metal tracks (21014). The price is 18000 yen and will be available from July 28th.
There is also one military vehicle model announced in 1/48 scale - interesting mostly for airplane modelers, who need something to add to the diorama with their "primary" model. This is a set including Kettenkraftrad vehicle with a cargo trailer and rider figure, plus additional trailer with Goliath vehicle (32502). There are also some additional accesories included: a barrel, panzerfaust launchers and some other stuff to put in cargo trailer. The price of the set will be 1000 yen and it will be available on July 6th.
