Osprey Publishing Ltd. has announced, in it's July Newsletter, the usual new releases. Amongst them is a book which will be of direct interest to Armor Modellers: Modelling the Jagdpanzer 38(t) 'Hetzer' (Osprey Modelling No. 10).
This new book by Gary Edmundson, is written (as are all these useful guides) as a compilation of 'articles' dealing with the construction, conversion and painting of a 1/35th Hetzer and the 'Bergepanzer' 38 (t) recovery variant.
What is particularly noteworthy about this new publication, is it deals with the subject matter on three different levels - Intermediate, Advanced and Master level. Also included (as has become customary in this series) is a bibliography including website addresses..
The full Chapter headings are:
Introduction
Materials
Modelling the subject
Intermediate build
Advanced build
Master build
'Special feature'
Further reading, media and websites
Museums and collections
Kits available
Index
More details can be found on Osprey's WEBSITE
The book will be available from July 25th from your normal retailer, or direct from Osprey who have on-line purchasing facilities.
As always, when purchasing on-line, please mention ARMORAMA as the source of your information
