Jay Galbierz from Tank Workshop tells us they have new stock of Blackened Chain.

Blackened chain has arrived at Tank Workshop. They have in stock 5 different types, ranging from a fine 40 links per inch to a heavy duty chain of 15 links per inch.

Since the chain is already blackened there really is no painting required. Just some weathering and it's ready to hang or you can weather it after you've already put it where you wanted it.
