Sculptor George Sandman has created two new busts of Col William Travis and James Bowie of Alamo fame. Busts are cast in 1/5 scale resin and are based on the actual personalities (not movie characters!)
Newcomer sculptor George Sandman has done excellent work in recreating these two personalities, both of whom were killed by overwhelming Mexican forces during the battle of the Alamo in March, 1836. Cast in resin and made in USA by Military Miniatures Warehouse.
Mr. Sandman's character renditions based on historical art work of both men, and represent the first 2 new releases in a series of historical personalities that will be continually released as large scale busts during the next several months. Box art in photos painted by Larry Klein of "Moments in Time".
