Upstart company Vulcan Models has just released their Zundapp K500 Motorcycle w/figure into a bike market boiling with great new product.
With the nature of the market in 1/35th scale support vehicles growing in leaps and bounds, Vulcan has smartly looked at the market and contracted Swash Design to assist with the pre-shaped metal spokes to encourage the wider market to give one of these micro builds a try.

The kit includes a figure and 80 parts in grey plastic, 24 etched brass parts and 4 stainless steel wheel spoke discs and 4 small seat springs. It promises to be a challenge, but not an insurmountable one.

Thanks Pete, but I think this kit's been out for about 3 months already... TA has already reviewed it...

It has only just begun arriving in Canada. Sometimes (like the Tamiya Spit) Canada gets it a month before the rest of the world, other times... not so much. Either way I'm going to have fun building mine!

Yeah, they only became available from US and CDN suppliers back at the end of June first of July....so they are just getting out to the LHS here now.

Thanks Peter for the news. Well at least this did exist unlike the ´750 single bikes that have been released by several companies. They look pretty good, but will need some further attention ... see the PMMS build Review.

You're right. I'm building it now and it is a bit rough. I will give them some slack as this is only their 3rd kit, but unless you know what you're doing, getting this one to match the photos is a challenge. The plastic in my example is very soft making some changes/clean-up close on surgery.
