Wings & Wheels Publications: Bumper Release List

Wings and Wheels Publications are a publishing company who tend to follow very carefully the releases of the major kit manufucters. Their new release list, one again follows this trend.

Five new Reference works are at the point of release. All of them (with the possible exception of the 25 Pounder) are covering subjects which have been released, announced or are 'Pending' from the manufacturers...

The New releases are:

G027 - Stryker MGS (In Detail)

R049 - 25 Pounder Field Gun (In Detail)

R056 - M51 Isherman (In Detail)

R057 - Sd.Kfz 10 (In Detail)

TD02 - Dampflok BR86 (in Detail)

These are excellent books, and the Sd.Kfz.10 is certainly on my wish list. I have the Sd.Kfz.7 in Detail (reviewed here), and have used it numerous times. The only knock on these books is they primarily use restored collector vehicles or museum vehicles and include no period photos. I wish they would change that in their future publications.

I wonder what happened to the Japanese LAV book, it keeps being postponed time after time? Last time I heard, it was to be released by the end of this year, let's hope this is indeed the case. Cheers, Christophe
