Resicast have been busy releasing some previously removed items from the catalogue after doing some updating on the items first. There are also some new releases for the avid followers of their products. Lastly if you have a chance to be in the area at the end of the month they will be hosting another open day with some guests who will be laying on some displays.
Firstly let’s take a look at what’s new to the range;
35.1218 18 pdr gun which is an all resin kit that was mastered by George Moore, the kit is supplied with a resin limber to complete the model. The kit has a retail price of €69.50.
For the Resicast figure fan there is a new crew for their range of Universal Carriers. The crew this time are all shown grabbing some shut eye during a lull in the fighting, the crew depicted are British/Common Wealth troops and are designed for the Universal carrier they have flat backs and are on the thin side. The figures are supplied with optional heads either with or without helmets and are mastered by Gérard Detroeye and shown here painted by Christophe Nachtergael. The set hits the shelves in mid September and will cost €37.50.
The kits re-entering the market after some work are the Land Mattress which is a full resin kit costing €49.50. next up is a 4.5 ton flat bed trailer which is again a full resin kit which will cost €29.50. Finally the AOP Mk 1 conversion for the Tamiya carrier Mk2 is back on the market and will cost €65.50.
On Saturday 27 August from 10am to 7pm Resicast will be hosting an open day which will consist of;
• Sculpting demonstration by Gérard DETROEYE
• Painting Khaki by Christope Nachtergael
• Special prices on in stock items
• Preview of new items
• Free «reject» items
• Free food & drinks
• All day BBQ (weather permitting)
• Visit of military vehicles (maybe)
So if you are near to 155 rue de Saint-Symphorien 7021 Havré on this date, or can arrange to be near by it should be well worth a visit.
