DML have announced the release of yet another version of the Tiger 1. This time it's a Feb 1944 version.
Yes, I know - not another Tiger! I believe that if the German WW2 arms industry had been able to produce as many copies of the Tiger 1 as DML, they would probably have won the war - fortunately there is a little more difficulty in producing a full size version than in producing a kit.
Features include optional front edges for the hull, optional idler wheels, two different types of jack, two types of turret roof, spare Magic Tracks for hanging on the turret sides if desired and DS vinyl tracks.
One interesting point that I noticed is that a Tiger produced in Feb 1944 should have had Zimmerit, yet neither the box illustration nor the poster show any indication that the kit has any supplied.
Perhaps DML are saving that (the Zimmerit) for the next iteration of this venerable beast.
