This is a very well printed sheet of 46 German Enameled Signs for use in 1/35th scale dioramas.
review
Clearly printed on paper, these aren't the run of the mill posters, but actually have the thick, glossy look of classic enameled signs. Not speaking German, I can only assume their accuracy, but being produced in Holland, I'm confident in the manufacturers research. A small instruction sheet on how to properly cut out and treat these signs is included, warning about the enamel cracking if not cut out properly. Personally I feel the cracking may be a benefit to add a little weathering, and age to these signs, especially if used on damaged buildings.
Other available sets
Other enamels signs available in the series are: Real Enamel German Street-signs
Real Enamel French Street-signs
Real Enamel French Advertising Signs
Real Enamel Dutch Advertising Signs
Real Enamel Dutch Street-signs
A good assortment in these new types of signage, to cover plenty of situations to enhance your next dio or vignette.
I think the street signs will certainly look better than the plain printed paper ones on walls, lamp posts etc.
SUMMARY
Highs: Clear printing, bright colors, interesting items, realistic priced. Lows: Can't think of any.Verdict: I really like this set, and look forward to picking up a few of the other sets.
