Max - you cant go wrong with Tamiya kits - I have never built the M20 - but it looks great.
Have to agree with that, Tamiya do go together easy with good end results. I chose these kits because I don't want to take on anything too complicated before the start of all the upcoming campaigns.
cheers

@ Alan: Very nice work. Also the base is very convincing.
@ Jeff: I like the end result very much. The shading is subtle and goes well with the sand camo. I also like the fact that You included a lot of equipment. The two buttpacks on the back of the turret are WW2 style M1936 musettes arent they ?

Thanks Guys,your comments mean alot
Naseby...You caught me
.I was looking for more stowage to put on the tank and ended up finding them in my spare parts stuff. They are from a Verlinden set I had and are actually 1/48 scale
. It was also my first try at pre shading, and I got carried away on the turret with the sand color and had to do a post shade to bring it back.
I used Tamiya smoke.I think it worked well.
Did anybody catch the very cool and patriotic red, white and blue smoke tube covers?Jeff T.

Small progress on the Kettenkrad. I finally glued the left side of the hull. I decided to glue the engine hatch shut so you wouldn't see that the other side is blank.

More work on the turret.
I was thinking of leaving the hatches opened but one of the handles on the hatche flew across the room from the tweezer... never to be found again.
So hatches closed.

I decided to glue some more parts on.
Also slowly working on the AFV Club T16 track set to finish my Tamiya M5A1. I almost have one set of tracks put together. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to put those last connectors on.

Hi Everyone,
Just enlisted for this campaign. Hope it is never too late….
I have read through most of the postings and the progress is great. I have at least 3 projects that I have lost hope and packed in. The group’s enthusiasm and support has given me courage. Last night I took these semi-finished models out and they are
I will post some pics tonight. Hope to finish at least one or two before the campaign ends. Nice campaign folks. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work and Get 'er Done…
