Morning guys .. Sometimes i have seen campaigns which allow models from other campaigns to join there campaign but i will admit thats not often at all and Gary is totally right too ,,would make it super easy to get 2 ribbons for one model ,,that aint cool .

So as Bob says mate ,,join up here anyway .. would be good to have you join us ..we all like to see the strange and the weird here

7 campaigns Jeff mate your a nutter dude ,,then i made the mistake of looking at how many i have signed up for ,,15 of them ,, looks whos the nutter now .

Gene ,, ya poor bugger ,,used to work hours like that myself but most of us here are either retired or invalided or got normal work hours ..do feel sorry for ya so looks like you only have a couple of things you can do ,,either quit..get a new job or give up modelling ..we know the 3rd one aint happening so you have 1 and 2 ,, glad i could be of some help

Phill

I'm not a quitter, I need to eat so I will work and I will NOT quit modeling. So I think I will go with option #4, stop whining and get busy, after all I do have a year ( I might need the whole year though).

Oh i would never call ya a quita Gene mate ,, but maybe a job with better hours or do like i did and have your left knee torn apart at work and then get put off work for 2.5 years before a knee replacement surgery
Ok slightly extreme way to do it but hell got plenty of model time now

Me again guy's

Well I just feel over hit my head & coloured myself stupid, I have seen two different verisons of armoured kettenkrads now thanks to Frenchy so I could do one of each for seperate campaigns if that is allowed??

Please advise if that is within the rules??

Ta Mike

You could even build the same type as long as you use separate kits for each campaign.

Thanks Gary,

I will try building both types as for the difference & just to prove that i don't start early on the motor cycle mayhem challenge.

Thanks for explaining how the campaigns work to me as well

Mike mate ,, the Dragon choice is the only way to go ,,the Tamiya kit was top of the line ... in the 1700's
Great choose mate .. the only way to go
Can't wait to see how you go with these ..

Phill Mate,

The 1700's you are being generous lol, I was thinking more a'la Attlia the Hun lol

I have a feeling that the little "ball mounted" mg in the front of the 1st Ketten is also from an aircraft, maybe an He111 nose for example but don't really know what they look like. Am hoping to pick up a couple at bargin basement prices at the big swap & sell in a couple of weeks.

Phill,

Its OK man..... we understand that you have had one to many bumps on the hardhat. The only problem with doing that vehicle is that we want to see all the troops.... each with an individual face, etc. After all, anything less would be taking the easy way out....

You could always roof it over and have a couple of half dressed young ladies leaning out of the back or peeking out from under the tarp. That way you could call it a Mobile Field Bordello.....

Phill Mate,

In the intrests of compromise & knowing how hard it is to get so many upstanding soldaten I would be more than willing to let you use some sitter as well, I am sure Bob would be agreeable with that as well!!! Not that I am speaking for Bob....just in his interests

And to sort of para phrase JFK ask NOT what the modeling community can do for you!! BUT what YOU CAN DO FOR THE MODELING COMMUNITY LOL.

I mean if you build it they will come

Cheers Mike
