Signed up. I am thinking some of the leopard tanks. Is it ok that the two tanks are build in different scales?

I've got a Trumpeter LAV-III that's barely started, only glued the lower bow armour on and cleaned up a few other parts, would I be able to use this?

What would the second build be? I know nothing about the LAV, other than the fact that it exists and it's fairly similar to the Stryker series. I'm fine with it being started a little, just as long as no one tries to start with a half-built kit!

Second build will be an M113. The LAV III replaced the M113 as the Canadian Army's primary APC in the late 90's/early 2000's.

Ok, after reading the posts, here goes, I have a M151 TOW variant, and a Humvee Tow variant, would that work?
Thanks

Egh, that's a hard one Randy. I guess it's fine, by my own 'guidelines' I did say a large up-gunning would be sufficient.

Randy, Chris: If I may punt my opinion in on this...
As the "Hummer" functionally did replace the old Ford mutt M151 in US military service - taking on most of that smaller beast's roles (but at twice the size and 1/4 the miles-per-gallon! But without much improvement in crew comfort or safety...) - I would argue that this is a true service replacement. Even if the same old TOW moved over to the new platform.
This is pretty much in keeping my plan to do a SdKfz 231 6-rad and a subsequent SdKfz 231 or 232 or maybe 234/1 8-rad armored car set - the 231-6 and 231-8 and the 234/1 all had the same MG and 2cm cannon armament. Same guns, different cars used in a replacement-series in service.
Cheers!
Bob

Oh, didn't realize the 151 was the 'Mutt'. For some reason I read M1511. Yeah, Mutt to Humvee works, my mistake.
Personally thinking a late Shot 'Kal Centurion and Tamiya's Merkava Mk.I for myself.

The Campaigns Administer will post a link to our photo gallery when he has time. He's got about a month and a half of catching up to do and only picked up the job yesterday! (Way to go John )

Hi
i am looking forward to see your STRV 102 , as you know i am building a Strv102R and have built a Strv104 and are on here in modern
if you are going to use Kit type B barrel as per the kit then it would be a Strv 81 there is some good pictures on the net also the stowage is very similar to my strv102. hope this helps and if you want any measurements i do have a few . things.
look forward to seeing your models

I want to use the Tasca 35016 British Army Sherman V (M4A4) and the Dragon 6228 Sherman Mk. 1c Firefly Hybrid.
I this acceptable for this campaign?

Would the TASCA British Sherman VC Firefly be a better match than the Dragon Sherman Mk Ic Firefly Hybrid?

I believe the Tasca VC Firefly would be a better replacement for the M4A4 Sherman, so I'm replacing the Ic Firefly with the Tasca.
Here are my start up photos.

Sorry for the late reply Tom, I've been away for a while. You've got the right idea with the M4A4/ Sherman V. Looks great.
