Looks good! To help you out with positioning and alignment the outer corners of the bins should line up with the first set of bolts on the engine deck when the gun is at 12 o'clock.
Make sense?

It does. Basically point the gun straightforward, and ,while looking downward onto the engine deck, gauge the position of the bustle relative to the bolt heads on the engine deck main access panel. Would you recommend cement or epoxy for placing the bustle on?

Good stuff! If is was resin I was say epoxy but for stryene liquid glue may be better....measure three times and cut once!!!

Will do. Hopefully I will get photos of the bustle attached tommorow and pics of a mask I intend to use for the anti-skid.

The past few days I've been building. Yesterday I tried creating masks for the anti-skid on the bustle box with two types of masking tape and even white glue. After both of those ideas flopped, I tried to trace the box on some paper with, still, no luck. I finally caved and created a paper mask in which I lined up pieces of paper with the parts of the bustle box that needed to be smooth. I've finished the mask, and the bustle box will receive its anti-skid tommorow. After I finished masking, I resumed work on the Leopard's running gear by installing the roadwheels, sprockets, return rollers, and idler wheels. I have a fair warning to anyone wanting to build this Italiari kit, watch out for the return rollers! The instructions have a layout riveling weathered Egyptian hyrogliphics. It doesn't help things becuase the Leopard already has a fairly elaborate suspension. Although, I'm sure someone with more knowledge then me on the Leopard would be able to get by this with little problem. Here are the pics.

The bustle is fitted! Does it look alright?
The next major goal is the MEXAS modules. Working rearwards to forwards, the next things I see are triangular plate covers on the sides of the bustle box gaps. Am I correct?

That will work just fine....and far more accurate in Canada with the higher alchohol percentage in our beer.
What's wrong with the old Mk.1 eyeball measurement?

Jason:
It's a known Feline anotomycal fact that this measuring device comes equipped with NVG, so taking measurements past dusk in low light conditions......NOT A PROBLEM!!!!!

Unfortunately, no. I've been working on a DML M1A2 SEP, a side project that turned into main project, that I've had in 'deep storage' for 2 years.
