Guy that's a very nice looking PzIV. Subtle weathering and realistic texture.
Some progress on my pocket-Tiger.
Check Aber's MG34 Brass barrels.

WOW!!!
So many awsome builds for this Campaign and it is way more than I thought it would be. I still have yet to pop in due to an unexpected Kitchen Remodel. but hope to be in shortly. Wonderful builds everyone.

With all the panzers on display here I am honoured with the variety. Thanks. Here are some follow up photos of my project. With a metal barrel installed there seems to be some weight imballance. Wondering what I should do. The sheet metal housing is just placed on. Any suggestions upon dealling with the drooping barrel? Thanks

Trevor: Why not just glue it into the position you want? I don't think that most movable parts are meant to remain that way.

Glue the darn thing in place son!!!!!
Or maybe you can block the downward motion By putting a piece of plastic under the cannon's joint.
Damn better just glue it.

I fix my Ersatz M10 cannon problem, with a "ball" of Blue Tack or similar inside the turret, just where the barrel reach the turret.
No glue, free to move to another position.

Make a shell out of lead solder and put it in the breach.

You could also try tacking it down with a very small amount of extra thin ca glue. If you want to reposition at a later time, the bond should be easy enough to snap apart and re-tack.

Try wrapping a length of thread around the barrel axle/pivot point. It'll tighten the it and give it added tension. If that doesn't work, a bit of white glue will keep it in place. And if you want to move it later, you can usually break it loose pretty easy.

Robert: The tracks on German vehicles were enamel black. They received no primer.

I'm in!
Realized the end date is getting closer, so I'm putting my Merkava on hold while I finish this campaign before it ends.

Hope you don't mind one more joining in late. After seeing all of the inspiring builds here I had to jump in with this little beauty that fell into my lap last week. It's not my normal scale but we'll give it a shot. Trumpeter's 1/72 Tiger 1 Mid Production version. Kinda shocking to look into a box that only has this few parts though. They do appear to relatively flash free and the scale seems to be uniformly correct.

Got to work on the little Tiger last night and felt like starting halfway through the instructions. Here's the little progress I made in about an hour. There are some minor fit and flash issues but nothing major.

Fabian: I'm interested to see how the jagdpanzer builds up.
I may be out of action a little longer than I anticipated. I'll be going back to the doctor, Monday. Everybody I have talked to says that it will require surgery. This may put me down, for a couple of months.
