To be a bit more involved than I’ve had a chance to in a while I thought I’d show what I have set aside. Each one requires something to buy to be able to finish it, so I thought I’d get your input before I tried to order from a bunch of different companies just to get what I need. Must be the times, most of the stores just have or display what they have in stock at the current time and there seems to be no way to order something that isn’t in stock.
Any way…... this one is a model I’ve tried to do a few times, never could get it quite right;
This next one I wanted to make a diorama out of but just never got around to buying the water I needed.
This one just was pushed aside do to life in general and I still need to finish it;
A failed campaign attempt, my first complete scratch build, but I still have to make the LVT 4 to finish it up;
And then one where things just fell apart but new items obtained to finish it, also not sure which one to do they are both almost the same;
Of course not counting the others projects that just need some final weathering. This one I should be able to finish before this campaign starts, another failed campaign item;
So plenty to choose from, I image almost everyone else has these kinds of unfinished lying around,
Bob

Welcome Robert !
Some great projects you have there.
I really like the dio with the 3 tanks, that building is right on spot !
I'm guessing with all those cool dio's you will be joining

I like them all, but I am not the Campaign Leader so it's Johns call.
The M4 and M5 might be a bit too far along, but like I said it's not my call. All of them are quite interesting as you and I think alike on projects!

The Firefly (first photo)& the LVT4 are a bit too far along.
The dio with the M5, well you still need to finish one tank and add another one , the photo has 3 tanks.
If you want to finish them all... I'm ok with it !

Thanks guys,
I think your right, I'll set up to finish the diorama, build the other M5, finish the other M5 and M4, and weather them all together with the diorama.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Robert, I'd still like to see the LVT 4 completed, I still need to copy your flame thrower for my garden, remember?

Yep, sure wish I finished that one up in time
John, I know you can't give out more than one ribbon per campaign, how about making up 10 campaigns all of them with the same everything except adding on a number to the ribbons 1-10, so for each unfinished completed you can get the next numbered ribbon?

John and Jeff you were right, I already finished USS Fubar and the Firefly, Roi-Numer I need to many items for at the moment, so I'll stick with the 3 tank Diorama, I just purchased what I still needed for that.
The LVt Flame I'll use as my take a break model. For those times where you want to just keep on going but know you should stop before you wreck it models.
So I'll break out my M3 Lee Makin model and patiently work on that until September.
Thanks guys,
Bob

Hello Robert, currently I want to join this campaign with an already posted project in Diorama forum as follows: "Let Them Go!"Diorama. Lot of items still unfinished since my busy working days e.g. the horses, the US paratrooper figures, the vegetation, etc. Can it considered as 'unfinished'? If so, just count me in in the campaign. Many thanks
Best regards from Indonesia

John,
My E25 on the last day of the Paper Panzers campaign -- paint and decal but no weathering. Will this qualify as an entry? Cheers, Tat

It isn't finished, so yes.
I would prefer to see a build that needed more work but that qualifies.

And you never know. The final clear coat you put on may cause you to repaint the thing, during which you will drop it and have to reconstruct it. It ain't over 'til it's over!

I'm in!
I've got a t-62 I need to finish.
A bit has been painted, the turret has a bit of work done on it and the wheels and tracks have been removed from the sprues and tidied up. That is all I can remember of it anyway..
Will post a pic of it when I can get around to it (pc is currently out of commission..) but I am looking forward to gettin back into it.
Two other kits are nearing completion too so this is good timing.

Hi John,
I just enlisted, it is a great campaign idea. I have many unfinished kits/projects waiting to be finished on the shelf. The problem is which one is lucky??
I am planning to finish on the following; ACV 300, Panther D, Pz IV J, T80 BV..

O.k. John I have decided, it's going to be this:
I started this HB GMC 40mm Bofors in Jan 2012 and got annoyed with it because it just didn't look right.
The Merkava IV is a no go, I have been let down by a resin kit maker to whom I sent the turret in April. The last contact was in July since then no answer. I hope he sees this and gets a guilty conscience .
