below is a list of people who expressed interest in the original thread,
please let me know what you are hoping to build, or if you no longer wish to participate.

if you want please start straight away, and the end date will now be 1st june 2004,
this should give enough time for you to finnish any other campaigns or GB's you are already involved with.

if ive missed anyone let me know, ive left off some of the controversial subject choices, but please express your opinions in the other thread.

please try to cover as many vehicles as possible, and avoid building the same as someone else.

obviously with the more limited choice of kits available this is sometimes difficult, but if you do want to build something that is already listed above, please choose a different version, or nationality for your model.

any scale is fine, as are dioramas, as long as its british/commonwealth.

build OOB or superdetailed, its totally up to you

cheers

If it's not too late, I'd like to join the campaign with an old Tamiya Matilda II kit that's been calling to me from the kit stash. I've had this kit for years and have put off building it. Perhaps this campaign would give me an adequate kick in the pants.

If I get really motivated (and can find adequate references) I might try to do it as a Matilda Frog.

I will build a Canadian M3 "Stuart" Light Tank if this is OK. Any objections let me know and I will change.

I'm tempted to try the DML Valentine but those individual link tracks have me worried. Nobody has mentioned a Quad and 25 pounder so I think I'll give that a go.

My 1/76 scale Matchbox Churchill AVRE wasn't where I thought it would be so I may have to go to plan B. If so, it will be the 1/32 scale Airfix Crusader Mk III.

Joe,
I'm doing a desert jeep using the conversion set from Legend. Plus 2 SAS figures from Warriors (if they turn out alright, that is ).
This will be my first piece of armor in over 2 years. This build was just the thing to complete my motivation!
Thanks for the push ,
Craig

sounds good,

im glad there was so much interest in this GB,

once its well on its way i was thinking of sending some details to some of the maunufacturers, to show them there is a market for british/commonweath models.

considering the vast number of interesting and varied vehicles we have used over the years, its bloody criminal that so many are overlooked,

all we are getting is re-releases, new kits of vehicles already done to death by other manufacturers, and kits of the various late war stupid designs the germans were churning out,

it wouldnt surprise me if sooner or later DML release a series of 1946 'super tanks' based on some german tank designers daydreams once had whilst sitting in a bunker!

thats how silly its getting

cheers

I ran across my old Matchbox Comet and started putting it together while working on my Dragon Elefant and PIOmodels Bergepanther. There is not a lot to the little kit, but it's getting close enough to spray "Bronze Green" on the hull and turret. Got to love those little multi-colored (coloured?) Matchbox kits.

Ok, I'll do a Cromwell ARV.
But if someone wants to do it, let me know before end of Jan, I can change to another subject.

Hi I'm thinking of building a Bishop SPG from a Scala kit i got cheap on eBay. I am a member of Armorama UK but seem to be unable to get onto the site since deleting my cookies. It keeps telling me to register.
