The campaign is listed there and so it just needs 10 members to register before John can authorise the campaign.

As this campaign redraws the use of the tank on several decades, why not to include the leopard 2?

I have resubmitted this campaign as Leopardmania 50. It is intended to celebrate 50 years of service for Leopard 1.

I quite like Eric Rains' ideas which I did not see before I made the submission. To quote Eric:

a. Partially started kits ARE allowed provided that the kit is NOT more than 50% finished.
(Having only un-started kits will severely limit the appeal and potential number of participants. I mean really what does it matter if the kit is started or not and as several people have already stated they have began their Leopards, so I think 50% is just fine. This will be somewhat subjective but I think everyone will understand the intent.)

b. Building can be started if NOT more than 50% of the kit is finished on the official start date.

c. Posting your builds in other campaigns IS allowed.

This campaign was intended to celebrate 50 years of service this year for Leopard 1.

I am sure that if you - or someone else - started a Leopard 2 campaign, then you would have plenty of takers. Me included!

As September 2015 has already passed, would it be possible to start this campaign in January 2016? If the campaign runs a full year, I certainly would join the party. I build one Leo per year. Though I'm a child of the Leo 2 (gunner/loader on a 2A4 in the 1980's) I could also go for a Leo 1 next year as I'm drooling for Revell's new kit ....
