I would like to suggest a 1/35 scale turret rear stowage box for the M47 tank. Many M48s, M60's and even one (at least) Chieftain used these boxes for extra stowage but I have never seen one in resin so the only source would be the Italeri or Takom M47 kits. If someone does know of a resin one I would be grateful for any information.
Sorry to jack your thread Mike, but I did one of these boxes as part of my M47 kick, and it can be seen
at Shapeways for those who aren't able to scavenge the Italeri/Revell second-hand market.

RPG-29 is nearly finished. Just making some renders now and testing the printability. After that it should be ready to go.

You got it, Tom. I wasn't able to find any drawings or diagrams for the box anyway.

A little off-topic for the armor forum, but how about a 1/350 scale LSO platform for Nimitz-class carriers? That and a stern boat dock would be great!

I can try them. I haven't found much that I can use to make the LSO platform yet but I'll keep looking.

I thought Live Resin made a GAU-21?
I finished the PPS-43 set as well. Both MP-28 and PPS-43 sets are now available on the shop. And for some reason, the CHU wasn't being displayed. I don't know why but it's been fixed and is visible again.

I'm now also going to be starting a series of 1/35 guitars. Both electric guitars and bass guitars and acoustic guitars will eventually be available. First up is the Gibson Explorer.

Thanks for the update and info. As it turns out, the scaling was my issue. I used the travel length (1 meter) instead of the firing length (1.85 meter or 6.1 feet). Should've doubled checked that instead of relying on the information from a picture/diagram. But it's fixed as far as I can tell. I scaled it up and it should be correct now.

Thanks Mike. So tube diameter, pipe and support bracket diameter, etc all scales up the same? Just wonder if the tube wall thickness can now be improved? Sights updated with the larger piece? Any new tweeks? It is a nice addition to the hobby. Thanks - Stuart

The only thing I've updated so far are is the scale. I can go back tomorrow (well, later today) and see what else can be updated. The tube walls can most likely be thinned slightly but I'm not sure how much can be gained on the sights. They will still most likely be blocks. The wire or tube on the side can be thinned but I'm not sure by how much. It wasn't playing well with the rest of the model. Kept giving me errors when trying to work it.

1/35 RPG-29 sets have been updated. Thinner tubes, sights and rings. Plus, the included ammo now fits inside the tubes. Both tubes are now hollow instead of one being hollow and one loaded.

Glad to provide the product. I've just finished working on a 1/35 Stratocaster. Currently rendering it. I have just one more guitar to do and then I'll put them up on Shapeways. I also hope to upscale them to 1/32 and 1/24-1/25.
