MiniArt is preparing a new variant of the T-55, the mod. 1981

The kit has no interior but features workable RMSh tracks and suspension. It has also details of the anti-radiation protection.

There is an extensive phhotoetch set included, so as clear parts and decals for five variants

it's just a foul weather hood that mounts over top of the hatch ,notice the hatch cover at its normal open position. Sean

it's a great way of building the model with open drivers hatch without showing the interior This kit is good for those of us who build with closed hatches and don't want to spend money on an interior / Robin

The T-55 models of the Miniart (with interior) are wonderful, with one note - no transmission. They are detailed, although the parts are slightly scattered on the boards. Kalin

After building two Takom T-55s, I bought Tamiya's, and the Miniart T-54-1, w/interior is on its way. This one looks like I may "accidentally" order it.
