Basic Construct of a wall - Hunter or Hunted...

As with the brick street, Painting is a matter of a coat of flat black sprayed over everything (straight from the spray can) as a base coat (it also cover all mistake and place I miss as I paint and dry brush). I paint. Then I dry brush lighter and lighter shades of grays and browns. Red Bricks are paint burnt sienna and dry brushed.

The finish product seems to work! Like all methods, this works for me and may or may not work for you, so do not get frustrated. If you find something useful in my method, use it and if you come up with a better idea - Let me know! Grandpa Neill always told me, "It's what you learn after you know everything that counts." So, feel free to contact me at [email protected] or through my web pages at www.johnneill.com, if you have any questions or new ideas! Let me know if this article was helpful and if you want to talk about Rubble, Details or Figures next time.
