Now screw the head cap back.

Insert the needle back, very very carefully, and screw back the needle screw

Screw back the handle

The final stage is to fill half of the paint cup with thinner, and spraying it into your airbrush cleaning pot, so as to make sure everything is working properly.

A very thorough 'how to' here...
I've had my CS for about 2 years, but how do you remove the nozzle? I didn't even know it could be done

just pull it out gently. if it's stuck, gently and carefully tilt it to the sides and pull.
