About Dave O'Meara (Grumpyoldman)
FROM: FLORIDA, UNITED STATES

I'm rewriting this in a much more humoristic way, to help over inflate my ego, and place my self on a pedestal, because I don't have a life, and plastic models are the only thing I live for. I plead guilty as charged to excessive babble, light hearted humor, and continued encouragement to youngsters...

Thanks Dave. I have been to this museum and it is probably one of the best of the service museums. The Marines really did it right.

Thanks Dave, this is beautiful. It's a shame that we're starting to see some of these museums disappear. The Patton Armor Museum at Fort Knox was one of the best I've seen and it was picked up and relocated to Fort Benning. I have'nt seen it there yet. I'm really curious to know if it is just as good. The Army museum at Fort Benning is awesome without the tanks. With the tanks it can only be twice as awesome. Next time I go to Georgia, I will check it out.
