Building Formations M5A1 Stuart

How does it Measure Up?
I included some shots from my photo collection of an M5A1 Late to give the modeler an idea of the high fidelity details captured in the Formations Models conversion. Naturally, there is room for the super-detailer to add even more – but not much more! An excellent series of photos is also available from Chris Hughes (toadman1) at www.toadmantankpictures.com. There are many vehicles available on CD compilations geared towards modelers seeking fine details and I use his CD's exculsively. Highly recommended.

Formations Models took great leaps to provide the modeler a beautiful rendition of the M5A1 Stuart Light Tank. Dimensionally, this is the best 1:35th scale M5 available. It will even please the detail aficionados out there who peer close to count rivets and weld beads. As is, this conversion will become a centerpiece of an armor modeler’s collection. Detailed out, this bantamweight tank miniature will attract a lot of attention on anyone’s display shelf. This is a fine product from Formations Models, and one long for want in the armor modeling community.
