Ola Dave
Really nice progress on this vehicle. The kit actually looks really well engineered. The whewels though is a bit of a daft mistake. Even I know that it should not be like that and I don't know much of allied vehicles.
Looking forward to the endresult.

Wow, for an ICM kit, I am pleasantly surprised. That front grille doesn't look half bad.

Wow looks good.
Does anyone know if they make any aftermarket conversions to turn it into a recovery vehicle with a boom, or maybe even a workshop vehicle? I love the stakebed, but it would be a nice alternative.

Give the AM companies time. The kit just came out a couple weeks ago. I'm sure there will be all sorts of stuff coming out for it, esp. the correct wheels/tires.

If ICM retooled the tires, they would have a really outstanding kit.

I started adding the decals today.
I wish I could jump for joy.
Although they appear to be well printed and in register- hard to be out of register as the majority are white! The carrier film is so thin they fall apart at the slightest touch. So I would suggest over coating the entire sheet with your favorite clear spray, and then trimming each decal. (Next kit, I'll use my old stand by "Micro Scale Liquid Decal Film")
Each letter, and number came off the sheet separated, fortunately mostly in one piece, although a few broke up into smaller sections. Certainly not the greatest decal job I've ever done.
No photos today, I'll try to take a few tomorrow.

Dave...
See, in my article, as I repaired the wheels of Studer and I made the conversion for Katyusha BM-13-16N:

Hi Marcos,
Just about finished with mine, and the review.
I have all intentions of linking to your wheel article in the review.
Your Katyusha turned out great.

Actually found a little time to continue on this one.
Just about finished up, just about all that's left is the base and a little touch up. Load will be my standard- shift between models for photos cargo load.
Yes, it's the cluttered inside of my spray booth.

It came out great Dave. Great job on her. I will be getting mine next week, it finally came in at my LHS. I hope to get started on my WWII BM-13 Katyusha (Studebaker chassis) soon.
