Thanks for joining! Luckily there are a lot of different battles that you can choose from. I'm thinking about doing a small dio myself, maybe Kharkov. I also took some time to design a banner and I think it turned out pretty good:

If anyone wants to use it they can. If anyone has any suggestions for improvements please tell me! Let's keep those participants coming!

I'm enlisted... as I said, with Tamiya's SU-122 Tank Destroyer. And a person just might have to pick up a Panzer or Tiger to do a dio... there's a really good article in Fine Scale Modeller on depicting battle damage. While it's not simple, it doesn't look to be too terribly difficult, even for a novice such as myself. Need something with good interior detail, though.
If Barv reads this, he might have some recommendations on how to scratch some interior details?

I'm officially in with my 1/16 T34.
This is going to be one huge tank... I have also nice 1/16 scale figure of German Panzerjager so I'm thinking about a diorama...
I have to think about changing my workbench - now it is too small to allow assembly of this monster...

Sounds like a great 'Campaign" with plenty of options. And better yet, there's plenty of time to plan it out. I'm definitely in. Have been wanting to do a Nashorn in an ambush position...could be a nasty surprise.

Michael,
I have an idea for this campaign's ribbon. Since this was mostly German-Soviet war I wanted to include both sides on the ribbon - I've created it by mixing two orders (decorations) and their ribbons: Soviet Order of the Patriotic War (on the right side of ribbon) and it's ribbon (upper half) and German Iron Kross with it's ribbon (left / lower half):
If you like it there is smaller version in size acceptable for a ribbon.
.
If you have any remarks - let me know!
Andrzej

Looks great, Andrzej.
Have you tried with one colour background. Maybe a completely red or black background looks better?
Looking forward to get started with this campaign.

Thanks Jesper!
Good point - I'll try other backgrounds today and post them immediately. I was so absorbed with the idea of mixing orders and ribbons that I did not thought about other (simpler and possibly better) solutions. Sometimes my brain works REALLY one-track...

I'm back with fistfull of ribbons
Decisions, decisions... I cannot choose which one is the best so I propose voting (Michael will choose the one he likes the most as a campaign leader anyway ). Ribbon posted before is "0" - here is rest of them:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
Choose which one you like the most!
@ Michael - small ones are "Campaign friendly" (they have all dimensions and size needed) so if you like one of these simply pick a pic (they're not copyrighted ).

I'd go for ribbon nr.6.
Has an artistic and distinguished feel to it...
I'm probably in with a SdKfz 251/9 vs. T34....

Looks great. I would go for either 5 or 7. The markings stand out best on that background.
Thanks for your effort, Andrzej

This is the perfect excuse to get involved to my first campaign and to pull the Dragon 1/35 Ferdinand off the shelf. I was just thinking about doing this kit after finishing my Tamiya 1/35 Panzer III Ausf.N
