Hi Matthew!
Nice to see you with us!
Thanks for comment considering Rangers - I'm not very familiar with US Army structures, especially that a lot of units are so universal.
I'm really glad that first campaign I've proposed interests so many of you guys!

Hello All,
I really didn't mean to ruffle any feathers, Thanks for the correction guys. I think I'll stick with the Fallschirmjaeger and the 512 PIR figures. They're 120mm which might be on the outside of the scale limits but I thought they were cool and very well done.
Be looking forward to the start date...
Best Regards,

I reckon I'll toss my hat in the ring on this one. I've got both sets of Masterbox British Paras enroute from the Ukraine, and a bunch of fallschrimjaeger kits in the stash. Not sure what or how big I'm going to do yet.

Calvin,
If money is no object you could try Great North Roads which has a 1/35th Horsa glider in resin.

Add me too - am about to start a Vietnam dio with seven (ish) airborne troops examining a downed huey in a jungle ravine...
any good to y'all?
I see a red door and I want it painted dark olive, dry brushed in sand and add some etched brass while you're at it, please. Failing that, paint it black...

Calvin, Martyn,
If a glider is not available, then this small Dutch producer has some interesting Arnhem ruined houses for not too much money:

Hi Andrzej,
Good to see the campaign is picking up support, only a few days to go until we can all start!
I'm going to wait until MB releases their Japanese Infantry before I make a start on my Palembang vignette. I'll also have to do some research, buy some books as I know that paratrooper uniforms and equipment were quite different from normal infantry (as is the case with most para forces, except there is no dedicated 1:35 figure kit for Japanese paras!).
Anyway, it's my summer now, meaning longer days, more time for modelling!
Chas

Welcome Karol, here's your image:
That is a nice kit. Are you going to build a scene from Arnhem, a bridge too far?
Kind regards,

Underneath the box where you type your message there are several grey buttons, one of them says [ img ]. Click that button and the following code will appear:
[ img ] http: //put.url.here/image.file [ /img ]
Replace the HTML code by the code of your image, for example:
[ img ] http:// website.image.jpg [ /img ]
That's it basically, just make sure your code ends with .jpg .jpeg .gif or .bmp and not .htm or .html
In the last two examples (which you tried in your previous post) you link to the webpage where the image is located, rather then the image itself.
