One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

Looking real good!
About the figures..don't know how difficult it'll be but can't you convert some to Canadians...?
The Buffalo is great on it's own, but on a dio with figures would really compliment it more.

I have heard the Tamiya modern Japanese figures have similar uniforms and gear as the Canadians. If you didn't like the Inuit looking heads you could swap them for some from Hornet. If I'm not mistaken Jason B. know all about this issue?
Miloslav the vehicle look excellent, you really have talent.

If you're talking about the JGSDF figures they designed to use with their LAV- Good idea, but aren't those Japanese figures a bit too short & small as compared to others? The Japanese have grown quite a bit since WWII.

Nick I'm not too sure about their scale. I own the set and intend to use for the LAV III or Bison one day bu have never taken them out of their box. Anyone else know of a scale issue?

There are some short people in the Canadian Army as well. They even make uniforms and body armour to fit them too.
