Wow, I wasn't sure how you were going to pull of the float bobbing in the water but you made it work. Great work from start to finish Nico, it was a pleasure to follow this build log!

Well done Nico, you put a lot of work and time in this little vignette.
Nico, i am not sure about the border of the water. Look at the right border (on the last pict.), you can clearly see how the resin worked his way up and made a concave waterbed.
Hope you understand what i want to say.
Don't know if you can do something about it, but at least don't make it the primary view on expos.
Cheers
Claude

Gday Nico
Great work mate. This is the first I have seen of this piece, and am well impressed by all the elements used and how you have brought them together to make a tight scene.
I was dubious as to the extra colour that the flowers and reeds brought to the scene as I liked the barer earthier tones prior, but you made it work.
Those Pollarded trees are very realistically made indeed.
I see what Claude means in regards to the water at the right end of the ditch. Even some extra dirt for the bank on the tree side of the ditch?
Good stuff mate

Yo Friends,
Thanks for the advice Claude and Honycut, I see what you guys say. It should be no problem to peel it off, because the resin in his his way on the bank is only a few milis thick. The hobbyknife could to the job.
Thanks!
