but even when there are decals for the dutch version you won't get an accurate model since the extra armor package is not included in the kit + some other dutch details,
and right now here in Afghanistan there are only bushmasters with the armor pack even the ones in the Netherlands where we trained with did got it,
I think some driver licence vehicle's drive around without the extra armor pack.
i'm already taking lot of picture's of the real vehicle and i know whats my next scratchbuild project

Gijs, you should get all the detail of the armour for either the manaufacturer of the kit or Jason to do an aftermarket set or at the least for us to scratchbuild to.
Just a thought

By the way.. are there any Australian figures on the market these days.. or any figures that can be made into Australian troops? It'll look much more alive with a couple of figures around it.

Whooo Hooo. Just ordered 2 for me. I can't wait for this to turn up. A few friends and myself in my model club always joked about getting one of these in 1:35 scale, I thought it would never happen.
It makes me think what could be next, maybe a aussie Mack Gun tractor to pull the M198 Howitzer. Whatever happens, I'm thrilled that the Bushy is not far away.

ASLAV PC? I haven't been on holidays but I seem to have missed that one. Can you give me a hint?

Matt
One of the things that really impressed me when I was in Tasmania was the UTE's. I wondered why we here in Canada can't buy, for instance, a Land Cruiser UTE or a Defender. Anyways I collected what pictures I could to try and understand how the Bushmaster was constructed and the Copperhead really showed a lot of the underlying structure.

No Utes? And here I was thinking that Canada would be an ok place to live.
The copperhead is still only a prototype, part of the thales bid for the land121 program to replace Australia aging fleet of Landrovers, unimogs and Macs.

No utes? Thats it! I'm not moving there! The Landcruiser, patrol and Defender utes are really good! Best versatile vehicles around! I'm thinking of getting my Landcruiser sedan cut into a double cab ute.

G'day Marcel,
The winch is not part of the basic PMV. It is a bolt on extra for want of a better term. And yes (in a way) there will be a winch available. Along with a heap of other stuff.
Cheers Jason

I have wondered about it, too. There was a lot of hype, and no news about it for a while. Did anyone receive the kit? Anyone even built it? Has it even been released? Looks like you can still order one. Hmmm.. A big fizzle?
Happy modeling!
