I didn't know where to post this, so I picked this forum as it is about as close as I could think of. I entered my Polar Lights Bates Mansion in the local Hobby Town contest. It was awarded best paint at the local level and was also awarded the Best Paint overall on a national level. I was floored when the corporate HQ called me to let me know. They told me to expect a $250 gift card and large wall plaque in the mail soon. Thought I would share it with folks who could appreciated the news. "Q"

I think i commented on this one already somewhere?
This is a transformed railroad item, isn't it?
Good job on the painting and congrats for the award!
I always prefer trees who are not looking like roots, but this is for next time then!
Cheers

Thanks guys. Will post some pics of what I buy with the loot once I get it. Still debating on what I should get. Our Hobby Town is pretty well stocked so the choices are plentiful... "Q"
