hi guys
after repeated attempts to to contact someone in charge at Armorama, with no answer. i have shipped test shots to Osprey and Cybermodeler & others.
if you want to see fair thoughts of kit you need to go there.

Hey Glen.. I notice Hobbyeasy has your kit on pre-order for release on November 5th... is this date fixed, or is there still a chance it might be moved back?
Looking forward to getting it.

Will have to add at least one, if not more, of these kits to the stash. One of these would look great on the trailer of the new HET kit coming out, don't you think?

Cybermodel suggests using some aftermarket sets to replace the missing computer and radios. Knowing nothing of army equipment, what AM set would be appropriate?

ProArt does SINCGARS radios, ET model and DToys have FCBC2 computers. There are more for sure, but these came up first.

My first thought - Voyager's and ET Model's SINCGARS+BFT sets.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they are releasing a styrene kit of this, but... The turret, rarely is the roof armor mounted in my experience. I think that was more of an RK reaction from Iraq, rarely used in Afghanistan. The .50 looks soft and the mount isn't very accurate from what I'm seeing. The overall details look soft. I am hoping it's just because of the test shots. However I am planning on replacing the entire turret since they decided to mold it with the roof armor on the sides for some reason. I have one on pre order and am looking forward to it, but it looks like it's going to need a lot of work.

The only "serious" problem I see is that when you look from underneath the front fender or at the front grill.. it's very obvious that where the engine should be is totally empty.. I'm hoping it doesn't look like that on the final model.
I'm really looking forward to getting this one!
