the first is a standard mount that is used for the the PRC radios and probably others. the soft back HMMMV did not have any other way to mount the radio other than to have it welded to the back like in the first picture.
The second picture looks to be an ant farm type of setup except on a vehicle. i would assume it is probably another standard mount. but, the spider look is the antenna receptor branching off if was the copper tubing with a black ball type end.

The antennas in the second pictures are for the Symphony counter-IED device,used by Coalition and local (ANA & Iraqi Army)forces. It is similar to the DUKE and other Counter-IED Jammers.

In the 1st pic this is an antenna for WARLOCK RED & GREEN ECM systems.
