@ John no box, but i have all the sprues, and decals and no it has not been started. If need be i can take apic with the date the day the build starts.

It's trumpy's M1126 built OOB as the detail doesn't compare to the AFV version. Though the new M1129 does look Intriguing.

I'll be using the eastern express kit with tracks from masterclub, photo etch parts and a partial scratch built interior.

I agree, I did that trumpeter version awhile ago, I could not find the AFV version.
I got that 1129, it has an interior , I wonder if they would do some interior for the other versions.. it would be nice.

That's going to be quite a project, considering the eastern express kits... I sense headaches coming..

Thanks John, I've already built a BMD-2 in the past did not have too amny problems

Besides I like a good challenge and I have test fitted the upper and lower hull to see what I will be working with. Still have more research to do before the build.

TY John, it seems to be a nice kit with very fine details molded inside

... I don't think that PE will be very usefull for it

maybe some new wheels in resin

Come to think of it, I've always wanted to build a BMP from a good kit, instead of the dog Hobby Craft I did several years ago.

I still have it, only because I think those vehicles with that profile are hawt! Even the PT-76!!

Jeff .. not bragging but i have 4 BMP's ,1 Skif ,2 DML and the Trumpeter BMP3 ,,tell ya on thing the BMP3 whoops the arse off all the others .. dont know what it is about them but i agree with ya ..they are hawt

Hell the guns are pretty much useless but in this case ,,i couldnt care less ..they are very cool and i got too get more .
Oh i got a BMD2 in the pile too .. looks like a pigmy BMP

You? Bragging? No way?!! I was just waiting to find one at a good price, seeing how I like the BMP 1, but then they all look great so a decision to make is tough as to which one. Another 1, a 2 or a 3?

:D Nope not bragging .. well slightly

,, if you want a kick ass BMP mate the 3 is the way to go ,, its the newest version and the amount of work Trumpeter put into this model ..its well worth getting it .
I am really looking forward to building this one now .
