I have a small benign health concern which prevents me from building. Despite everything, I have build the aerial a few days ago. With picture I have, I could see that the PE masts in the kit are not good ... The kit contains the parts for making tall masts. But in reality, they are shorter and one of the 2 is raised. For the aerials, I could see that some leo have 3 whip aerial and a small rigid one (use?). Others do not have this aerial. Others have 4 whip aerials. For the small aerial, I saw some in white, green or black. I think I do it in white, it is the most present in my doc and it would make a splash of color.
So I made the masts from scratch in evergreen. I added copper wires for the connectors. The whip aerail supports come from BMK kit with turned brass aerials. Beautiful! Finally, I scratched the little aerial .

The aerials come from Leopard Workshop, not BMK. Even better ones are now available with real spring bases.

Yes, you're right!
I see for the news ones, i'll buy them for the leo. I'll use mine for another tank.
what is the small aerial for?

I honestly don't know apart from something to do with electronic counter measures.

I did a folding test of an armor slat panel. We hold our breath when we fold it !!
I folded the 2 sides and then all the parallel parts. A little painful to put the added bars. And you must first succeed in putting the panel in the template !!! It remains to put the central reinforcement in addition to the 2 small ones. There, it's just folded.
I should deform the panel when it is finished, we can see that it's twisted...
