Rick,

Looks good. I like that you are redoing the light mounts. Does your PE set help with that? I think the eduard PE set did.

Thanks Bob, the PE set replaces the light guards but not the actual light mount brackets. Should be easy enough to bend some spare PE and add the wiring.

This is coming along nicely. Good job on the details. A couple things though. The interior light behind the driver should be blue, not red.

Also, why is the TC's seatback red? I have always seen them in either black vinyl or OD canvas.

I have a picture of a red vinyl one at work so I thought it would add some colour

Actually, I think it is just the fiberglass seatback with the pad and black vinyl cover missing.

Those decals are awesome! But as the drivers hatch and ramp will be closed there's not much point. For my next one though those stencils will be used, thanks for the info!

Got a little weathering done in the interior.

Now trying to decide what kind of kit to include. I'm going with three in the bucket, Dvr, CC and one tactical trunk monkey. This is what I think should be included at a minimum, should I include anything else? This doesn't include water boxes/bottle, weapons, ammo cans ect.

Nice work on the interior Richard. I didn't realize there were AM decals for M113 from Iraq War. You're doing great work. Keep it coming

Niiiice. The lights look great. I see that you are mixing up the smoke grenades, just like they were on the real ones. Where did you source your grey colored grenades?

Thanks Bob!

The grenades were spares from a Dragon Aim kit

Other than the skirt mounting bolts, how else were the side racks attached to the hull? Or was that it?

Rick, the mesh on the bottom of the rack is a real tight pattern. If you have the M1A1 3rd ID OIF kit the mesh would be the same for the racks in that kit.

Have finished the side racks, just waiting for the mesh from Pete.

Now to finish the top hull with all those lovely PE tie downs

Even got around to performing a mid-build cleanup.
