The wading rail turned out very nice indeed, and the paint job looks awesome, I like the heavy weathering and dirt on the lower hull.
With all the new T-55 kits around, it's tempting to build one.

big thanks Matthew ! and great to see you still here. I must admit i had some extra impetus as you say --- all the new kits of the t-55 are emerging ... but I still have 2 tamiyas in the stash. all the best

Well the Tamiya kit is still very good, long in the tooth, but good, the more I see of the new Takom kits, the less I like them to be honest, but the new Miniart with full interior is still keeping me interested in the good old T54/55
